What happens if there is a
shortage in my escrow account?
If your escrow account balance is less than
the projected minimum cushion amount, then there will be a
shortage in your escrow account. You may choose to pay the
shortage amount within 30 days of receiving your escrow analysis
statement to retain your current monthly payment amount.
