A Happy & Smooth Pottstown Mortgage Settlements
Allow me to share some feedback and photograph from my new

about their mortgage man Bill Deery:
 My
wife and I had the opportunity to purchase a home in the fall
of 2003. We knew we needed to find a company that would finance
our mortgage and didn't know where to go. We saw an advertisement
for AMC and decided to determine if they were what we were
looking for in a mortgage company. After checking with
the Better Business Bureau and being pleased with their
status we gave them a call. This call was perhaps the best
call we made in our quest to become home owners.
We had the fortunate opportunity to work with Mr. Deery.
Besides his superb professionalism, he was energetic, enthusiastic
and seemed to genuinely care about us and our needs. We
did our initial qualification over the phone with him and
were both impressed with his friendly demeanor. He gave us
several ways to reach him, telling us to call him anytime
we had a question or needed clarification and we did. We called
day, night and even on weekends and Mr. Deery was always there
or quick to return a call. He was happy to help even with
the most trivial matters. During the couple months prior to
taking ownership of our new home, Mr. Deery made sure deadlines
were met on our end and his company's end. He was also very
diligent in making sure we got the best rate on the loan.
On settlement day Mr. Deery wanted to be there to walk
us through all the paperwork. We assumed this was standard
procedure until our Realtor made a comment that it was unusual
to have a mortgage company representative present. Mr. Deery
warmly entered the room and made the entire process enjoyable!
He explained all the paperwork until we understood what we
were signing and we were also impressed with his organization
and attention to detail with the paperwork. Everyone told
us settlement could take hours, however we were done all the
paperwork in thirty minutes! Our Realtors were extremely
impressed with Mr. Deery and made several comments that
they hoped to have an opportunity to work with him again in
the future. After settlement, to our delight, Mr. Deery took
our first picture as new homeowners and mailed it to us shortly.
Mr. Deery was an absolute delight to work with. My wife
and I have heard numerous horror stories about mortgage companies
and been told who not to go to. However after our dealings
with Mr. Deery we are telling all our family and friends about
our positive experience. I even made a comment to my wife
that I feel like I could invite him over to watch a game because
of his friendly demeanor. I feel that anyone who has the opportunity
to have Mr. Deery on their side is a lucky individual and
my wife and I highly recommend Mr. Deery to anyone about to
enter the process of getting a mortgage.
