From the first phone call I made to you, I felt like I was
in the hands of a friend. Being from Upper Merion gave us
something in common, but I just felt that you gave Dee and
myself a feeling that everything would go smooth and quickly,
which it did. There was no undue pressure and never did I
feel like I was just another number.
At settlement
you again made us comfortable, rather than the typical hurried,
stressed feeling that usually is the case settlement day.
